Eva is really helpful and made the home search as easy as possible. She is transparent about the features of the property and any other information she can get about it , We really like working with her and will always recommend her to our relatives and friends. She worked really hard and lowered the purchase price on this crazy housing market. She's is the best at what she does.

TL;DR - Takes pride without being prideful - Has experience and knows how to use it - Fantastic person and is never fake - Doesn't hold back the truth but always respectful - Perfect for any buyer - 10/10 would always recommend! Eva helped my partner and me buy our first house in this crazy market that just kept getting more and more competitive as the weeks went, which means more and more stressful. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do this with. She once she got a feel for what we were looking for, and knew we wanted her full opinion, since obviously she knows way more than we do, she made sure we knew her opinion straight up on if this was a house worth considering or not for what we wanted and the best part is she explained WHY so we learned as we went what to look for as well and choose better properties if we saw red flags in the pictures ahead of time. She truly made us feel loved and cared for which is above and beyond in my opinion of what her job entails, but i couldn't have asked for a better house because of it. I would recommend her to ANY first time home buyer for sure, but obviously, she's an amazing person who knows what she is doing, so i think she would suit just about any buyers. Please choose her as your realtor because you won't regret it.

I cant express my deep appreciation for Eva. My daughter and her boyfriend were looking ti buy their 1st home. I accompanied them on MANY walk through appts. Eva provided detailed information on what to look for with each house. From foundation to roofs, the inside and outside of each structure. She devoted her time as if they were her only clients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I trusted her with my family and she treated them Like her own.
